Summer is here in the Northern Hemisphere! The temps and waters are getting warmer. Wanderlust is setting in. Fresh fruits and veggies are ripening. The great outdoors are beckoning. It’s a particularly poignant season this year with everything going on in the world: a pandemic, nation-wide elections, the fight for equity and justice for people of color, the fight against individual and systemic racism and hatred. We have so much for which to be thankful and to celebrate, but we also have so far to go, so much to learn and to remember and to fix as a nation.
